A native Chicagoan, Peter Miller is a licensed general contractor and real estate broker. He acquired his first loft building in 1986 in Chicago's River North neighborhood. In 1999, he established Brightstar Group as a real estate investment, development, and property manager. The company has been responsible for over 200,000 square feet of successful loft office developments primarily in Chicago's West Loop, the top submarket in the country for the last 5 years. Over the last 5 years Peter began investments in luxury garden style apartments and offices in Phoenix. Peter directs Brightstar’s focus on value-add acquisitions, development and leasing.

Partner
After graduating from the University of Arizona with Finance and Entrepreneurship degrees, Cam moved to Phoenix and began working at Evergreen Devco, Inc. He spent eight years heading retail developments for single-tenant QSR's, jewel box shops, and neighborhood shopping centers. His last project as a Sr. Development Manager was a 15 acre Safeway-anchored grocery center, The Point, in Mesa's DMB/Brookfield Eastmark master planned community. Over the course of his career, he has worked with national retailers such as Starbucks, Raising Cane's, Walgreens, Smashburger, Pacific Dental, Jack in the Box, and Chase Bank, among others, and completed developments in excess of $100 million throughout Arizona, California, and Colorado. He's an active member in the Urban Land Institute (ULI), as well as the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He is a licensed Arizona Realtor and general contractor.
